Same as yesterday, something doesn't feel right at all.

 My boyfriend is flying up from California for thanksgiving and we are running the turkey trot together. It also means I'll have a running partner all weekend. If that and an endless supply of thanksgiving food/pie doesn't help, I dont know what will :-D

This run felt amazing!

10 minute jog then 5 minutes fast followed by 5 minutes slow repeats until I got back home.

Finished the 4.4 mile loop in 36.36.

 

I'm also almost at 100 miles this month...I don't think I've done that ever

**Just kidding, I've just never noticed that I've ran over 100 miles in a month**
