This run felt amazing!

10 minute jog then 5 minutes fast followed by 5 minutes slow repeats until I got back home.

Finished the 4.4 mile loop in 36.36.

I'm also almost at 100 miles this month...I don't think I've done that ever

**Just kidding, I've just never noticed that I've ran over 100 miles in a month**

Nice job beef! This is my 2nd 100 mile month in a row. But I'd never done it before either.
