Tried a running experiment today to see if I feel any better. This probably wasn't a good idea, but I haven't run since Monday and I missed it. I also want to see how my body reacts to running Went out extremely slowly and for the first 20 minutes I felt great. After that my chest started to hurt a little bit so I walked. Then ran for 10 minutes until my chest hurt again followed by more walking. Repeat for 7.5 miles and a total of 56 minutes of running and who knows how many minutes of walking. The weather was so perfect out I couldn't help myself. The chest pain that sent me to the ER was on the left side of my chest. While running (so not a good idea in retrospect) the sharp chest pains were on the right side of my chest. Now my lungs kinda hurt. |
