Pardon my running freak out...my knee is starting to click constantly when I walk due to some ITBS and my shin is sometimes starting to hurt. I'm so paranoid of shin things- my track career was cut short due to a stress fracture on that leg. I could just be freaking out and everything could be fine. I just don't know if I should back off or how much I can/should back off without getting super out of shape or sidelined. I also really like running and it's hard to stop:-D
