11.4 miles at about a 10 min/mile pace. During my run I tried to eat some clif blocks - the food that will be at the race (I think). My last half I only did water and it wasn't a good experience but, I don't think chewing and running is for me. Although, for some reason, I think eating and running at the same time is pretty humerous. Happy Valentine's day! Sadly my boyfriend is across the country - but that didn't stop me from eating chocolate waffles this morning! |
